A private club, now forming  ·  Wheels · Watches · Wine · Wellbeing

Nobody ever wished they’d lived more carefully.

4W is a private club for people who love life — the cars, the watches, the wine, and the body that gets to enjoy them — and who intend to live it properly. Four worlds. One way of living. Being built, right now, by the people who will belong to it.

The idea

Built something? Good.
Now the interesting part.

Most people spend the best decades of their lives building — companies, careers, collections, families, reputations. Then, somewhere along the way, they forget to spend the rewards.

4W exists for the other kind of person. The one who understands that the point of all of it was never the number. It was the drive at dawn through hills nobody else is awake for. The watch you didn’t need and couldn’t stop thinking about. The lunch that quietly became dinner. The body that still says yes.

This is not a club about luxury. Luxury is easy; it can be bought by anyone with a card and no imagination. This is a club about appetite. About people who love life a little too much to live it by default — and who would rather do it in very good company.

Life is short. Live it properly.

The four worlds

Four appetites.
One life.

The four W’s are not four departments. They are four ways of looking at the same thing: a life worth the effort of building.

I Wheels Movement. 4W

WheelsMovement.

Wheels stimulate you.

Cars, roads, machines — the visceral pleasure of being behind the wheel of something extraordinary, and having somewhere worth driving it. Mountain passes at seven in the morning. Engines that sound like an argument you’re winning. Adventure, with a proper lunch at the end of it.

II Watches Time. 4W

WatchesTime.

Watches fascinate you.

Objects of obsession. Mechanics you can hear if the room is quiet enough. Heritage, craftsmanship, auctions — the pieces you collect, trade, argue about, and one day hand on. A watch is the only machine that gets more interesting the longer you own it.

III Wine Taste. 4W

WineTaste.

Wine seduces you.

Estates, cellars, great bottles and the long tables around them. Lunches that lose track of time. Dinners where the second bottle is where the real conversation starts. Gastronomy, discovery, culture — pleasure taken seriously and never solemnly.

  • Estates
  • Cellars
  • Gastronomy
  • Long lunches

IV Wellbeing The body. 4W

WellbeingThe body.

Wellbeing sustains you.

Training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, longevity — looking after the machine that lets you enjoy the other three. Not a penance. An upgrade. Because the goal was never to live carefully; it was to keep living well, for a very long time.

  • Longevity
  • Performance
  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Energy

Together they are not a programme. They are one life, seen from four angles — and the people who love one of them almost always love the others.

One life

Wheels stimulate you. Watches fascinate you. Wine seduces you. Wellbeing sustains you.

Wheels stimulate you.

Watches fascinate you.

Wine seduces you.

Wellbeing sustains you.

Together, they form a way of living.

You could pursue any of these alone; plenty of clubs would happily sell you one at a time. 4W begins from a simpler observation: the collector drives. The driver cooks. The entrepreneur trains at six so he can open something serious at nine. Put those people in the same house for a weekend and something happens that no calendar could schedule.

For the avoidance of doubt, 4W is

  • not a hotel
  • not a travel agency
  • not a concierge
  • not a car club
  • not a watch club
  • not a golf club
  • not a business network
  • not a wellness brand

It is a private world.

The people

It was never about what you do.
It’s about how you live.

You might be a founder, an investor, a collector, an architect, an athlete, an artist, a surgeon, the person who runs the family business or the person who sold it. It doesn’t matter. The common denominator is not a profession, and it is not a balance sheet. It is the way you live — and the appetite, the taste and the manners to live it well.

You will probably recognise yourself if

  1. IYou have appetite — for machines, for objects, for the table, for ideas.
  2. IIYou have taste, and opinions about it, and you enjoy being proven wrong by someone with better ones.
  3. IIIYou have built or achieved something, and you are not done.
  4. IVYou are curious. You would rather ask than perform.
  5. VYou are generous — with time, with introductions, with the good bottle.
  6. VIYou have a sense of humour. This is not negotiable.
  7. VIIYou value privacy, and you don’t confuse it with secrecy.

You will probably not if

  1. IYou need an audience.
  2. IIYou collect memberships.
  3. IIIYou think a weekend is for networking.
  4. IVYou have never once been late for a flight because of a lunch.

The right people tend to recognise each other within about ten minutes. Usually before the first course.

Imagine

What we intend
to build.

Nothing on this page is on a calendar. Yet. What follows are experience concepts — prototypes of the level 4W is being designed for. If they are what you would want to exist, say so. That is exactly how they become real.

The flagship prototype

A private weekend
in Tuscany.

A private estate in the hills · Friday to Monday · twelve suites

One house, entirely yours. Twelve suites with their own bathrooms, a private chef, a private staff, and the kind of silence you can only buy with distance. Supercars in the courtyard, keys on the table. Airport pick-up on Friday; nobody asks what time you’d like to leave on Monday.

Mornings are the roads — or the gym with a trainer, or sleep. Lunch is long and starts whenever the last car is back. A vineyard in the afternoon, with the person who owns it. A watch specialist arrives with a case of things you won’t see anywhere else. A tailor takes measurements in the library. Someone plays golf. Someone discusses an acquisition by the pool, with a glass of something serious. Dinner ends when it ends.

Nothing is compulsory. Some guests will drive four hours. Some will sleep until noon. Some will do a deal. Some will do absolutely nothing, magnificently. All of them will have had the weekend they wanted — which is the entire point.

Freedom

Come for what you want.

No compulsory networking. No forced introductions. No team-building. No name badges. Nothing on the schedule is mandatory, because there is no schedule — only options, and a house that makes all of them easy.

The best conversations are never scheduled. They happen over breakfast, on a drive, halfway through the second bottle. A guest can join everything, or disappear for a day. That is not a gap in the programme. That is the programme.

One Saturday, seven ways

  1. 06:40Someone is on the road before the hills are awake.
  2. 08:30Someone is in the gym with the trainer. Someone else is emphatically asleep.
  3. 11:00A vineyard. A cellar. A very good reason to be late for lunch.
  4. 13:00Lunch. It will last as long as it lasts.
  5. 16:00Watches on the table. A tailor in the library. A nap by the pool.
  6. 19:30A company gets sketched on a napkin. The napkin is kept.
  7. 23:00Nobody has looked at a schedule all day. There wasn’t one.

Seven people. Seven Saturdays. One house.

Business & pleasure

Some of the best business ideas begin over a very good bottle.

4W is not a business club. But put extraordinary people in a beautiful house and, sooner or later, someone mentions a company, a property, a deal, an idea. We don’t schedule it. We make room for it: a table, a good bottle, and no obligation to anyone.

Nobody pitches. Nobody networks. Things simply come up — and the ones that are meant to happen, happen. We call that table Il Tavolo. It is the only agenda item we will ever have, and it is optional.

The founding

The first circle
is forming.

4W is being built now. Not launched — built. The idea exists. The brand exists. The first conversations are happening. What comes next depends on the people who join at this stage: the experiences, the destinations, the partnerships, the rules, the culture of the thing.

That is not a disclaimer. It is the invitation. Clubs that are already finished can only offer you a membership. This one can offer you a hand in what it becomes.

Founding Member

For those who want to belong.

The first people in the room. Early access to the first experiences, a real say in what gets built, and the kind of standing that cannot be acquired later at any price. Founding members are chosen for how they live, not what they own.

I want to belong
II

Co-Founder

For those who want to build.

You have built things before. You can see where this could go, and you would rather shape it than watch. The founding team is small and forming now — experiences, destinations, partnerships, the business itself. If you understand this in the first five minutes, you are probably who we are looking for.

I want to build
III

Partner

For those who can contribute a world.

Estates, marques, maisons, chefs, trainers, tailors, creators — the exceptional people and places without which none of this could exist. Not sponsorship. Collaboration, at the level your own name demands.

I want to contribute

Il Dono · written into the charter

A fixed share of every experience will go somewhere that matters.

Five percent of every weekend, every dinner, every experience — to causes chosen by the founding circle: education for those whose parents could not have applied, longevity science for public benefit, and the artisans whose work we celebrate and who may never wish to be famous. Not on the invoice. Not in the marketing. Just in the giving.

Initiated by a small founding team, based between Dubai and Europe. Names when the doors open — not before.

Straight answers

The questions you are
about to ask.

Asked by the first people we showed this to. Answered without marketing.

IIs this real?

It is being built. The idea, the brand and the founding circle are real. The weekends are still on paper — which is precisely why we want you now, and not after they are finished.

IIAre there members?

Not yet. There is a founding circle forming. That is the point of this page, and the reason it does not show you a wall of anonymous testimonials.

IIIWhat does it cost?

Membership is not priced yet — the founding circle helps decide the model. For scale: the Tuscany concept sits around $10,000 per person for the weekend, indicatively. This will not be a discount club, and it will not be a trophy club either.

IVWho is behind it?

A small founding team, based between Dubai and Europe, that has built companies before and prefers to stay behind the door until it opens. Discretion starts with us. The co-founders are the people this page is looking for.

VIs this a business network?

No. But bring your ideas. Some of the best ones we have heard were mentioned between the cheese and the coffee.

VIDo I have to attend anything?

Nothing. Ever. There is no schedule, and nobody will take it personally if you spend the weekend by the pool.

VIIHow private is private?

No press. No photographs of guests without consent. No public guest lists. What happens in the house stays in the house — and the house is the only place it happens.

VIIIWhat if I want to help build it?

Say so, in the form below, and tell us what you would bring. The first circle is small on purpose, and it is being assembled in the coming weeks.

The invitation

Enter the
conversation.

This is not an application. It is the beginning of a conversation. Tell us who you are, what you love, and how you would like to be part of this. We read every word, and we reply personally.

Which world pulls hardest?
How would you like to be part of it?

Read in confidence. Never shared. Never sold. Never used for anything but replying to you.

The papers

The papers,
in order.

Every house keeps its papers. Here are ours: the pact that will bind club and member once the doors open, the ledger of how we treat your information, the trace of what this site remembers, and the name on the door. Read them once. Then forget them. We will not.

I The PactPatto · Terms of membership — draft, effective at launch

What follows is the pact that will bind member to club, and club to member, once 4W opens its doors. It is published now, in draft, so that you know what you would be signing up to. It is short, it will be binding, and it is written in plain words because plain words are harder to hide behind.

  1. Status. 4W is a club in formation. Until membership formally opens, nothing on this website constitutes an offer of membership, a confirmed experience, a price, or a contract. Expressions of interest are exactly that.
  2. Eligibility. Membership will be open to natural persons of legal age in their jurisdiction, and in no case under eighteen. Admission will be by introduction or by conversation with the club. The club will reserve the absolute right to accept or decline any applicant, without obligation to give reasons.
  3. Admission. Submitting an expression of interest does not constitute or guarantee admission. Decisions are taken by people, in writing, and are final. Anyone declined may re-enter the conversation after twelve months.
  4. Term and fees. Membership terms, fees and renewal conditions will be published before membership opens and confirmed in writing before any payment is due. Founding-circle arrangements are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate written agreement.
  5. Conduct. Members will agree to conduct themselves, at every experience and through every club channel, in a manner consistent with the club’s values and the dignity of fellow members. The club may suspend or end the membership of anyone whose conduct is inconsistent with those standards.
  6. Discretion. The identity of members and guests, the locations of experiences and the matters discussed at them are confidential. No member or guest may publish, photograph or otherwise disclose any of it without the prior consent of the people concerned and of the club. This is the clause we care about most.
  7. Guests. Members may bring guests in accordance with the terms of their membership, and remain responsible for them at all times.
  8. Experiences and risk. Experiences may involve driving, sport, travel and third-party providers. The club designs and hosts; it does not operate circuits, estates or clinics. Participation is at the member’s own risk and subject to their own assessment of suitability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the club will not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from the acts of third parties. Members are strongly advised to maintain appropriate health, accident and travel insurance.
  9. Il Tavolo. From time to time, members or third parties may present opportunities — a company, a property, an investment — to other members. The club is a host, never an adviser. It does not recommend, warrant or take responsibility for anything presented. Members engage on their own analysis and at their own discretion. Any fee received by the club in connection with such a presentation will be disclosed at the table.
  10. Intellectual property. The names “4W”, “4W.CLUB”, the 4W mark, this website and its content belong to the club’s founding entity and may not be used or imitated without written consent.
  11. Force majeure. The club will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  12. Governing law. This pact will be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Members resident in the European Union retain the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
  13. Disputes. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), seated in Dubai, in English.
  14. Changes. This draft will evolve with the club. Material changes will be communicated in writing, and the final text will be agreed with each member before it binds them.

II The LedgerRegistro · Privacy and data protection

We are old-fashioned about data. We collect only what we need to reply to you, we keep it only as long as we need it, and we share it with nobody we do not have to. What follows is what the law requires us to disclose. Above it stands a simpler promise: your private life is the reason you would join a private club. We treat it accordingly.

What we do — and what we will never do

  • We do collect what you type into the form on this page — and nothing else about you.
  • We do use it only to reply to you and, if you wish, to keep the conversation going.
  • We do not sell your data. Not to anyone. Not for any sum.
  • We do not share it with advertisers, brokers or marketing networks.
  • We do not place tracking pixels, advertising cookies or social-media trackers on this site.
  • We do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
  1. Controller. The controller is the founding entity of 4W.CLUB, identified in The Mark. For anything concerning your personal data, write to info@4w.club.
  2. What we collect. Only what you give us through the form: your name, where you are based, your email address, and what you choose to tell us about yourself, your interests and how you would like to be involved. The form is sent to us by email or through a form service configured by us; this website itself stores none of it.
  3. Why, and on what basis. To reply to you and to continue the conversation you started — on the basis of your consent, given when you send the form, and of our legitimate interest in building the club with the people who ask to be part of it. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
  4. Who sees it. The founding team of 4W, bound by confidentiality, and — strictly to the extent necessary — the technical providers that deliver our email. Nobody else.
  5. International transfers. The founding team is based in the United Arab Emirates and in Europe. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.
  6. How long. Expressions of interest are kept while the conversation is alive and for twenty-four months after the last exchange, then deleted. If you become a member, membership terms will govern.
  7. Your rights. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, as applicable, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@4w.club; we answer within thirty days. Residents of the EU/EEA may complain to their national supervisory authority; residents of the UAE may contact the UAE Data Office.
  8. Security. Your data is handled by a small number of named people, protected by encryption in transit and at rest, and never printed, forwarded or discussed outside the founding team.
  9. Children. This site and the club are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
  10. Changes. This ledger will be updated as the club takes shape. The date of the current version is below.
